I've said this pretty much in each story about Ighalo going back (that I read) that has been posted on here.

Didn't see anyone reply to it.

China closes their boarders to non-nationals on the 28th of March. The only ones allowed to return are Chinese nationals who will have to quarantine in special designated hotels at their own costs (room, food, etc.) with costs going up to 1500 to 2000 pounds.

Worse case scenario is the boarder stays closed for non-Chinese nationals until October.

His club just want more money in order to extend the loan deal. If we don't agree one with them, we're down a player for the season and they have to pay him his full wages (the law there) until he's able to enter China. They do not want to be paying a possible 5 months wages for him to sit around doing nothing for 5 months at 300k a week.
