Neutral venues for 6 matches

Up to six Premier League matches in the 2019/20 season are set to be played at neutral venues at the request of police, deputy chief constable Mark Roberts has told the PA news agency. The games are..

Man City home games v Liverpool & Newcastle.
Man United v Sheffield Utd
Newcastle v Liverpool
Everton v Liverpool & the game Liverpool could secure title.

First of all, why is it only northern clubs that have been singled out by this?

Secondly, this has thrown the integrity of the competition straight down the drain. United are in a race for a CL position with Sheffield, and our match with them could be a clincher. We’ve got no home advantage now. I’d rather they just cancel it altogether.

I can understand why neutral venues would be preferred as people can be stupid, but what a strange selection of matches

Wouldn't bother me where you lift the trophy, you'll deserve it. Though the best place would be Anfield.

It’s been too long and hopefully will be a monkey off our back for the future

there will be more enough police officers around during the gay pride parade - not forgetting the sailors, construction workers, cowboys and indians

It's gonna be a title win like no other that's for sure.
If Liverpool win it as expected it's going to be so unique hearing the emotion from all the players. That's always drowned out.

I can picture klopp now just happily dropping f bombs constant as he goes bananas at full volume 😅they need a delay and a bleep man I reckon and he needs a fast trigger finger!
