Players not good enough

I think a lot of these players need to be shipped out. Guendouzi is a headless chicken. I look back at Cesc, and Nasri at 21 and they were on a much higher level than Guendouzi. Either way, he should not be a regular in a team with top 4 or title aspirations. Ceballos holds onto the ball waaaaay too long and with Guendouzi having the same tendency, we lose any initiative on the counter with these 2. Our midfield looks ponderous. Willock is not the answer. Neither is Xhaka. Ozil needs to go - he may be talented but the negative cloud he brings to the club is not worth it. He has not justified his wages in years.

Our defense has glaring issues at CB. Chambers, Luiz, Mustafi and Sokratis are all not good enough. If we were to keep one, it would be Sokratis, but we need more than Holding and Saliba. We also need a RB to push or replace Bellerin.

Up front. Eddie is not the answer. I have NO idea why Martinelli is not getting any playing time. That kid is special. Saka has been brilliant too. But Laca and Auba...one has to go. Ideally we keep Auba but he looks like he is not iij interested anymore. Today he was pulling out of 50/50 challenges. That is not good enough.

More importantly...this team has NO heart! No closing down, no communication, no fight. Couple that with a lack of creativity, we are BORING to watch. So boring. Backwards passing galore. Gonna be a massive summer. I cant see how this will improve to be honest

As a nuetral, I only rate Auba and Leno, one is a keeper and the other is 30. Your club are closer to mid table obscurity than the top of it. Need a manager and world class players through the spine. Nketiah leading your line ffs, he couldn't get in our side and scoring goals is a big weakness we have.

The Arteta hire was mental. A team without structure, clue or heart and very little ability take on a complete novi e who’s literally never coached a game in his life. That’s why nothing has changed and nothing will change.

I doubt the club will even back Arteta properly as well. They took the risk in an inexperienced manager, if they really back his talent as a manager they need to give him players he needs. I expect he’ll be hung out to dry though while the club don’t do their part in trying to turn us around
