FOREST v BRISTOL CITY - Match Thread

The games are coming thick and fast, and this is where depth and quality is a squad can really pay dividends

Forest have both, and we saw on Sunday, with that cocktail mixed in with a little patience, it got us a great result in the end πŸ‘πŸΌ

It’s still in our hands, but I believe if we can avoid defeat over the next 3 games, we’ll have our place in the Playoffs

Dare I say, if we can get wins in all those games, and WBA were to slip up - then who knows but realistically, if we can manage to pick up 5 points from these next 3 games, then I think we can start looking towards the lottery of the Playoffs

And like caniggia stated on the last thread, over 2 games, and against what we’d call top teams, I think Forest could fare pretty well

One game at a time though, we need total concentration and discipline against Bristol City - they’ve been something of our nemesis over the past few seasons, but they seemed to have faded recently, and so could be there for the taking

It’s exciting for once to be at the business end of the table and in with a real chance of promotion - we have both quality and depth in the squad - maybe Sow is saving himself for Derby 😊

We’ve no-one to fear, let’s just believe and keep hoping

I don’t know who I’d like to choke more out of Leeds and Baggies. Probably Baggies I think. Can’t see us catching them but Brentford look good for it

If things stay as they are tonight, and we win on Saturday, we’ll be just 2 points behind 2nd

and as good as guaranteed a play of spot.

We just need not to lose in either our next 2 games

Even 2 points wouldn’t be a bad return considering who we’re playing

Well that was truly awful, but another 3 points and on to the sheep, point from there and somehow or other we will be sitting pretty. I always thought kicking off at strange times in front of empty stadia would prove trickey and that is how it’s playing out. I stil have absolutely no idea how this season will pan out, but at least we look like being in the mix.

I thought our home form was linked to the pressure of our fans but it seems even without them we aren’t great! But still we ground out a win and by making ourselves hard to beat we frustrate sides.

I’ve just seen Derby’s remaining fxtures

Forest
West Brom
Brentford
Cardiff
Leeds

Honestly can’t see them getting enough points to make the playoffs
