The Everton match felt like the first one where the players might have felt aggrieved not to get what they deserved from it. (Not necessarily that they did because you can't just concede two easy goals like that, but they still might have felt it). They might also be potentially feeling angry at refereeing/VAR decisions, and anything that might get them fired up would be a bonus at this stage. It also won't have gone unnoticed that other struggling clubs have started to pick up points against the odds. (Sheffield Utd, West Ham)
On the other hand, we've had some rotten games at home to Palace in recent seasons, typically with managers near the end of their reign or about to lose the crowd. They're like our modern-day Plymouth Argyle that way.
I know Palace are a Roy Hodgson team and therefore synonymous with tight, low-scoring games, but it's hard to see how the match tomorrow won't end up being feast or famine, either a storming victory or a thumping loss. The question is, have the players got any fight left in them this season?
One thing that surely will happen tomorrow is a start for Iheanacho, given that he at least caused some problems to Everton and threatened the opposition goal. Quite who plays alongside him and in what formation, we'll have to find out.
Awakened Beast or Palace Disaster?

I'm surprised anyone has confidence in Tilly any more.
I'd have Perez behind Vardy.

Tielemans is like a rich man’s Drinkwater. He needs to be able to get on the ball in space and pick a pass.
Problem is our midfield isn’t functioning so he’s not getting time on the ball.
Perez just doesn’t influence games for me. No matter where he plays he seems passive. At least Tielemans tries to change games.

I think Tielemans is either played further forward or we don’t play him as he does seem infective in CM, often watching the game pass him by

I still think Perez could do well in the middle there, he twists and tiurns, can play off the shoulder like Vardy but in close quarters and could earn fouls.
Still, it won't happen anyway, Tilly will disappoint as he has all Season.
I must say though, I don't know why but I am quietly confident about today, it surely is the Last Chance Saloon for a CL place,3 points and nothing less is required, surely the Manager and Players know that and will produce 3 points, won't they?

No idea what he’s doing with this team!

A few possibilities. I wonder whether this is 3 at the back though:
Schmeichel
Justin, Evans, Soyuncu
Albrighton, Tielemans, Ndidi, Chilwell
Perez
Iheanacho, Vardy

I was thinking possibly a bit of a lob-sided 442 with Perez drifting in and whichever fullback is behind him, overlapping.
Think I’d feel scared with Justin in a 3

I’m convinced it’s a 3-4-1-2.
