I’m not sure about Koulibaly.

He’s not really blue-chip.

Why not go for Umtiti who looks uncomfortable at Barca? He’s a World Champion.

Look at Umtiti’s resumé. He went to Barca and helped them win the domestic double in 17-18 and then won the World Cup.

He’s also younger than Koulibaly by 3 years.

Lloris won a world cup, not sure there is a long queue of clubs wanting to buy him. Being in a World Cup winning team isn't always a sign of a quality player.
