Klopp likes him but I expect FSG to veto any move based on his age and cost.

Yep Klopp also wanted Werner but the FSG accountants could not construct a deal

Thiago is a massive upgrade in your midfield, hope you don’t sign him

We wouldn't play for a 10year signing, doubt we'll pay near that fee for a 3 year signing

I think we'll get him for 30m

If he flops after 1 year we'll still get a healthy chunk back

If he's successful we'll get 3-4 years of a top cm. Klopp like him alot and Gini might be sold

Either way I don't expect FSG to say no here, they have a guide/preference to a player profile but I don't think its set in stone like some do. Especially after Klopps success

in the end we don't know here if wijnaldum has agreed an extension or not.

I think we do know ox as a cm just doesn't work.

I think we do know but are slow to admit that keita is nowhere near the level of physical ability. hes a nice player who keeps going at the one level if not injured but that level hasn't got the punch to really impact until 70mins are gone and teams have slowed down.

we also i think know lfc dont have money as klopp and others have said so consistently since March and we even tried on a furlough.

I would ignore age a bit here. it more about whats needed and what can be afforded.

at the clowns who think we have no money because we tried to furlough

Free money anyone? No thanks

We're owned by yanks. Why would they care if British government pays the wages for a few months. I get the backlash and change of heart but to make out We're broke is quite frankly ridiculous

If the major players spend big then so will we. If they don't then we won't

You have money but FSG blatantly don't want to spend it unless you sell. You've hardly strengthened at all and Werner was a no brainer for hardly any money as well.

we're talking close to 100m commitment here over 5 years. That's not hardly any money.

Who knows when fans will be back

I have no issues with us biding our time and seeing where the markets fluctuate

Yeah we missed out on Werner but the reasoning is solid 👌 we'll be fine. We'll have an alternative and I trust Klopp
