I said a couple of months ago that his impact reminded me of Virgil Van Dijk, When he went to Liverpool in 2018, Nothing has changed my mind, Bruno Fernandes has been excellent for us, He's been a leader, We're in the top 4 as it stands, It's down to him, He's lifted everyone at the club.

What we need next is to be able to play well without Bruno. He can't play 60 matches in a season, and injuries can and will happen. We need to harness what he brings and have a couple of other players learn from him and we can get through the bad patches. Absolutely mint player Bruno is - more influential than VvD IMVHO.

I would put him above VVD because Henderson and Milner are the real leaders at LFC. There’s a reason why VVD isn’t captain material.

Bruno is averaging a goal or assist every 70 minutes in the pl. Not a bad start.
