I was not going to post again this

season, due to the board descending into a schoolboys playground over a manager that has been at the club barely six months. Given the same situation, both Nicholson and Burkenshaw would have been given pelters by the same set of fans, who now want Jose gone, when they both had a worse opening six months than Jose.

Just to remind everybody of the correspondents fixtures under Pochettino last season.

Man United (h) LOST
West Ham (h) LOST
Everton (h) DRAW
Bournemouth (a) LOST
Sheffield United DNP

1 point out of 12

Jose

Man United DRAW
West Ham WON
Everton WON
Bournemouth DRAW

8 points out of 12, unbeaten, 3 clean sheets

And you all want the special one in failure back.

The football is not brilliant agreed, but some of the nonsense posted on here over the last 24 hours has been laughable.

I notice the pantomime villain Aurier is getting his usual stick. Ask yourself why is he the only one actually trying to supply Kane, because the rest of the midfield is awful. Since when did a right back at any club become the main source of supply to the striker? If Spurs had a decent midfield then a few mishit crosses from a fullback should not matter one iota.

Why isn't Lo Celso for example supplying Kane? That is his job, he looks like another Lewis Holtby. Sissoko cannot pass to save his life, Winks is a complete joke, how is he making a living as a footballer? Son and Moura have done next to nothing for months, as has Bergwijn, Lamela is just a lightweight showboat . Ndombele looks about three stone overweight.

Therein lies the problem, THE PLAYERS are simply not good enough.

A midfield of Lo Celso, Sissoko and Winks would not worry a pub defence, let alone a defence in the Prem.

This is going to take a major rebuild, so no amount of changing managers every six months is going to help.

It needs a proper transfer structure though. The shocking transfer business over the past five years from Njie, Nkoudou to Sessignon and Bergwijn, surely has to stop.

See you all next season, when you have all stopped throwing your toys out if the pram over the manager.

Just an example of how overhyped our players are

Lo Celso 24 Prem appearances, 0 goals, 0 assists. And most on the board are creaming their pants over him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

How many goals and assists did Modric have in his first 24 appearances?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

A lot more than that I would wager. Lo Celso is just another lightweight midfielder, of which we have had dozens in the Prem era. Comparing him to Modric is a joke isn`t it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We had Lo Celso under Poch, Sandy. Why was it Poch’s fault then but Lo Celso’s now? By your first rationale, isn’t Jose now to blame?

Rational and sandy are contradictory terms

Wasn’t the players fault before Jose came in though was it?

Well it really was, and the manager who had been their five years and won nothing. Did you not see the awful last nine months under Pochettino, and the performances of the players over that period, it was dreadful, months without an away win, losing at home to the likes of West Ham.

Awful 9 months that got us to a champions league final and finished top 4. Jose was dumped out of the CL without scoring a go, then knocked out the FA Cup by the team bottom in the league.

If it’s really down to terrible players why did Levy not back Poch when we needed fresh faces? Why was it fair on Poch to go two transfer windows without signing anyone. And now all of a sudden we’re told to give Bose time and let him buy his own players, why didn’t we back the manager who deserved backing in the first place?

The CL run was a fluke, had Inter not messed up their last home match, Spurs would not have got out of the group. Finished top four by the skin of their teeth, after blowing a 10 point lead with barely half a dozen games to play.

Yeah Poch was bad at the end, but he wasn't getting any investment in the squad, can't blame him for being disheartened by it all.

Handpicking a few games to try and prove a point does nothing except make you look silly. Mourinho has actually been able to bring players in, but you still look mostly poor.

Jose's team did not have a single shot on goal against a team that will likely be relegated. However, this pompous little weasel is upset with both the on-field officials and VAR?

Jose, "news Bulletin"; games are won by scoring goals, and goals are more likely to come when your team shoots on goal than by depending upon the other team to do it for you.

I’m a Spurs fan, and therefore have endless patience.

I have no patience left for this mess.
