i'm not sure i would see the funny side of young crossing to sanchez, who lays it off to lukaku to hammer into the net.

but i can see that some people might.

Blimey, if the winner comes from the City half of the draw then they'll really have worked for it.

I quite fancied City to win but considering the quality of sides in the top half of the draw and the compressed timings of the games, this is a golden opportunity for PSG.

Definitely an easier side in that draw! Whoever wins the game’s on our side though, there’s some potentially great matches.

i guess the thing that may work against PSG - or may work for them, who knows - is that they won't have played a competitive match for c. 6 months by the time this rolls around. which is rustiness that most teams will never have had to deal with before.

and they don't even get a comfortable 2nd leg of a last 16 tie to ease themselves back in, it's just straight in with a 90 minute knockout match, and if they are even 5% below their usual level that could be that. at least city and others will have had 2-3 months of BCD football, to get them used to the whole thing.

Been turned into a Audi Cup meets the Emirates Cup type comp.
Imagine winning this misshapen mess of a comp this year, and thinking you've won the CL. 😂

Nope I'm boycotting it just like I've been boycotting the league and FA Cup .

Football should not have restarted. All competitions should have been declared null and void. People are still dying and the return of sport is sending out the wrong message, spitting in the face of people who have lost relatives, friends and fellow fans.

Why? It’s incredibly safe to return with all of the testing. There is a bit more of a friendly / training ground feel, but I’ve enjoyed watching all of City’s games so far, even the two losses have been entertaining matches.
