So....just a few thoughts before we embark on the very important games to come.
Isn’t it strange how the number of articles on here has rapidly declined over the last few months....are we to blame that on COVID as we can’t see the keyboard because of our masks, or is it that there isn’t much to moan about? I’ve been a member on here since close to the start, and I just remember it being a hot bed of fury!!!🤣
Anyway, I feel a sense of calm based on the manager and the way the team has been playing. Surely this is our time now, but after the Wigan game last year, and what followed, I’m still very wary.
It has been a pleasure (mostly) reading and inputting into this little community we have here. I think we all deserve to be able to put in “Premier League" into the ‘Competition’ category soon....( who will get the honour of doing that first?.....)
Would be nice for Preston to do us a favour today, but I am confident that we can do this on our own.

Probably had something to with being the best team in championship since August 2018 and yet we are still in it. Promotion was inevitable, not a suprise.

Will be interesting if you attempt to play the same way when you're promoted, as you have been dominating possession in the majority of games you've played. Even when you haven't picked up the three points you've dominated most games and had four or five times the attempts of the opposition.

If we do get over the line - suspect it will be quiet on here for several days as we will all be nursing 'the mother of all hangovers'

Depends if Bielsa stays really. Wolves and Sheff Utd carried there philosophy's over to the Premier league, I expect us to do the same. Think we have the capabilities of matching Wolves, providing we get our transfer window right ofcourse.

one season. And he'll stick to the style of play he's
brought us. The only thing we lack are more goals.
If we get one or two players in who can finish
our chances, built off of our possession, we'll be
solid in the Prem.

True but so did Norwich. In the first game against Liverpool you could see they can be a threat offensively but also they left themselves extremely vulnerable at the back. Also I think Leeds' game is more possession based than all out attack, so should be fine.

A striker is a must for you. I wonder if Pukki might be a short term fix, considering he has proved he can score goals in the PL.

I would prefer Buendia. He is a player Marcelo could do wonders with.
