I remember in January 2019 after they had that poor start two wins in 20 or something bad like that, people saying Dyche had to go, lost the dressing room, etc. I'm glad he turned it around.

Arsenal are guaranteed top 10 so that’ll be job well done on Arteta’s part

Just wait till arsenals stadium is paid for, the sky’s the limit then

Fair play to them.

It also shows that relegation should not always result in the sack and managers should be given time.

The 3 clubs that go down this season should stick by there managers imo.

Not sure about Dean Smith at Villa, they'll sack him anyway should they go down.

Suppose that would be justified. He’s spent a lot of money.

True. The even more bizarre one, that thankfully we haven't seen so often recently, is when a manager unexpectedly gets a team promoted. And then is sacked when they inevitably can't compete at that level.

Good to see the managers at the clubs who look likely to go down not being discarded. And that "credit in the bank" in terms of performance isn't being ignored

He went to the farmer’s market and bought mutton dressed as lamb!
