I wish Man City well tonight. A Manchester final would be great.
Good Luck noisy little neighbours.

Ar5e have no choice but to invest. Like all/any clubs who want to progress.
Can't think that Arteta gave up his position at City if he thought he wouldn't be backed at Arsenal.

Arsenal invested pretty massively last summer, but spread it out over long term deals to be able to do so. They don't have the money to do that every year. With the impact of Covid etc I'm pretty sure Arteta knows there won't be big investment this summer. And I doubt he expected much before he came.
He gave up his assistant manager position at City to take up a managerial position at the third biggest club in England. It wasn't a step down

Arsenal have been completely outplayed in their last two games, 11 men behind the ball. They were extremely lucky that both Liverpool and City probably had their worse days of the season upfront. Spurs contained them very easily, and beat them comfortably in the end.

Nah they lost to Spurs. That was their big one. They are 10th in the table as well. Tells you all you need to know about that club.

Right. United, Liverpool, Arsenal. That's the 3 biggest clubs. Not difficult to understand why the Arsenal job is a bigger job than being Pep's right hand man. It's a promotion, without doubt

Yeah had a bad season and we are still in a cup final. No way is the the Tottenham game bigger than a semi final. A nice game to win but definitely not bigger than a semi final. Maybe that's Tottenham's reason for failure you aren't putting enough focus on these type of games when your in them as you have lost a lot of semi's in the past decade and beyond.

Until you are a manager of any Premier League team there is no job bigger than being the boss and not an assistant.
Just ask Arteta. . He's not daft. He's stepped up.
