With regards to the last game against

Leicester and what we need against them,is my maths wrong but a draw today would have been the exact same thing as 2 goal win?

I feel like most of the commentators are missing this point.

A win rather than a draw would have put us in a better standing with relation to Chelsea but no difference with regards to Leicester unless it would have been three or more goals difference.

Tbf at the beginning of the restart, 10/10 of us would've taken this scenario where a draw or win against Leicester and we get CL.

The only problem is, I can see us getting hit on the break and losing 1-0

I can see the game going like the Chelsea game, we look done physically.

This assumes Leicester find some form too... I image their fans are equally pessimistic

Chelsea could lose last 2 games as well even though they are playing well, they have an average keeper.
______________

They won't lose to Wolves, who are guaranteed a Europa spot? (I could be wrong)

Tbh I don't even see them losing today since Liverpool are in party mode

It's probably a first.

3 points today wouldn't have guaranteed us Champions League, but 2 would have.

Try explaining that to a novice.

Can’t be bothered to look it up, but Chelsea and Liverpool were level on points before they played each other at the end of the 02/03 season. Maybe something similar could have happened. That was the most important game in Chelsea’s history. Roman bought them after that.

People say we look knackered yet crucify Ole for resting players in the FA Cup game. Tbf, Ole has fecked this up in that he should've started his strongest XI in all games and then made changes earlier.

Today for example, clearly our players were getting beaten to the 2nd balls due to fatigue yet he just sat there and watched

He should have put his boots on and run on and helped. Dimwit.
