Spurs Europa impacts by Wolves/Arsenal

What are impacts on Spurs Europa league position now with Arsenal winning FA Cup? Are we still in the Europa Cup unless Wolves win too?

Honestly at my last tether supporting Spurs. It’s only so much you can take of seeing you’re rivals constantly achieve success, whilst you’re club are the butt of all jokes football related. How many more years of disappointment do we have to endure ? We finish above Arsenal and still they get one over usI am so sick to death of it. Please Jose, change this disgusting mentality at this club

This is it in a nutshell, time to now finally deliver as any true supporter has to be sick to death of watching teams win trophies while we just watch in the background, no more chances now next season we need a trophy we as supporters have waited too long now, no more bottle jobs I’m sick of watching this club bottle it time and time again.......

Trying to be as unbiased as I can, I think part of it is down to you not taking the cups as seriously as you perhaps should do. I even remember Poch always talking about qualifying for the CL and breaking into the top-4, he always seemed to dismiss the domestic trophies as a 'hindrance'.

I understand why top-4 is so important and the income it generates is required to help you keep/attract higher calibre players. But, from recent memory, you've been knocked out of domestic cups by Palace twice, Norwich, Colchester, Leicester (before they won the league I think), West Ham etc.

Now, there are other games where you've lost to superior opposition/teams who have a track record of winning silverware regularly e.g. Liverpool, Chelsea, Man Utd. In games against the 'top six' sides, the result can always go either way.

With us winning yesterday, you have some extra games to play so you'll need better squad depth. If you do that, and take the domestic cups more seriously (possibly the Europa, but a lot of variables to factor in), then you could win something.

Luck of the draw can come into it too.

Honestly don’t think Spurs will ever win anything, certainly not in my lifetime anymore. Will be another 30/40 years before we win a trophy.

Well overthe top. Of course you boys will pinch a cup or two, a club of your financial status is bound to. The Prem however will in my view remain out of reach unless Levy is bought out by someone with a few billion to invest. Pretty much the same as us in fact.

Although historically Arsenal will win more due in part to the winning mentality which the club has which means even the poorest of Arsenal sides will win a trophy every so often. Proven by our recent FA Cups wins.

Hardly over the top when we haven’t won a trophy since 2008, which is 12 years ago. Why is another 20 years without one so OTT?

Sorry thought you said they'd never win another in the rest of your life unless you aint planning on living past the next 20 years. Sandy fair play wont make it until 2040 but didn't know you were at death's door

Yep I meant that. I’m 34 years of age and I don’t think I will ever see Spurs win a trophy in my lifetime.
