In fairness to jonty, hes sharing his experience and that can help others so bit unfair to have a go at him.

I lost my best mate when he was only 21 and that really hit me hard. So I can imagine how hard it must be to lose someone that you've spent so much of your life with.

Again just echoing the thoughts of everyone on here and just remember that time does heal, even though it might not feel like it just now.

Have a good cry, let it out and try and continue with your life as best you can. She wouldn't want you grueving.

so sorry wilko, i know they mean well i just get fed up others using your thread for their own gain.

i'm sure we have all lost someone we love so so much, however would never try to explain on this thread to justify they understand.

my warmest thoughts to you and all your family fella and a massive hug (man hug that is) as someone has already said try let it all out don't hold back grieving is so hard
