As most Spurs fans know we aren't going to win anything under the current leadership and by the time we eventually do, the squad will be different.
Do you think we're the best team that will have never won any trophies in English football?
Most of the other teams I can think of actually won something, or they had players in the team who either eventually did, or had won something with the club years before, like Arsenal during their barren years or Liverpool with Suarez. Even Liverpool when they had Suarez, they didn't do anything in Europe. This Spurs team (primarily the one with Poch) came second in the league, unbeaten at home and with the best defence, reached a CL final, another final in the League Cup, 3 semi final appearances, and 4 consecutive top 4 finishes.
Certainly got to be in with a shout for the PL era?
Spurs the best team to never win anything?

Blade Runner was set in 2019. The sequel is 2049, so to be honest that's a lot less time to wait for Spurs to win a trophy than I'd expect.

By the time Spurs win any kind of trophy I expect London to look like a scene from Blade Runner or The Fifth Element.

So end of this season then!

Keegan's Newcastle and Brendans Liverpool were both better and more entertaining. Sorry Spurs, you're not even close to claiming this made up trophy🤪🤭

What about Villa then?
The championship doesn’t count

We don't go around making fake boasts, going on about being a top 4 Club or one of The Elite in English football and generally embarrassing ourselves on here on a daily basis. I seriously can't think of any English Club or it's fans that go on about how they deserve to be so great in stature despite winning Jack all.
We know exactly who we are.
Also us being relegated, in a bizarre way, was the best thing to happen to our Club in over a decade👍

Your incoherent rant makes no sense.
What does ‘fake boasts’ mean exactly? Most spurs fans on here acknowledge we’re not a top four club anymore, as we recognise our squad probably isn’t good enough to compete for that. We don’t pretend to be in the elite either as we’ve won nowhere near enough to warrant that phrase (though again I don’t actually know what ‘the elite’ means). Seems you made that phrase up just now.
We’d finished in the top four four season in a row
before 2020 and reached the CL final, so I’d suggest in that period we were a top four club.

Depressing if true. Definitely nothing to be proud of.

Leeds around 1998-2002 were pretty good, challenged for titles and got to CL semi. Ultimately won zero and we all know what happened next.
Can’t really count Newcastle they were only good for 1 or 2 seasons back in mid 90s

Thankfully we didn't bankrupt ourselves to get to that level, quite the opposite in fact. So our decline should at worse be to mid table PL level rather than crashing into the Championship.
