Isolation is $hit isn't it, been at it for a week myself now out of precaution. Tomorrow is my 14th day since being in contact with someone who tested positive though so as long as I develop no symptoms by the end of the weekend then that will be that.

My daughter got sent home from school last week and her entire year has got to self isolate for 14 days. My other kids who go to the same school are ok to still go and me and the missus are ok to still go to work?! It’s an absolute joke!

A kid in her year had symptoms*

The rules are a bit thick..

Lad at work his missus is a teacher. That year group and teachers got told to self isolate, but he doesn’t have to despite being in the same household. He won’t have to until the missus gets symptoms.

But by then it’s already too late as he’s been at work.

Yeah the whole thing is a mess. The Oxford vaccine sounds promising though, hopefully that can be approved before too long and put an end to all this.

Im ok, negative result. Had Tuesday until Friday of work isolating, had my food delivered outside my door
