Now that the dust has re-settled

There are thoughts and theories in some circles of the media that Harry Kane and Son orchestrated the win over Southampton on there own back and that it was not some masterclass piece of coaching from the "serial winner" at halftime, Kane realising that Southampton were playing a really high line discussed this with Son and as you will see right from the start they tried to exploit this after a few close offside decisions they finally cracked it big time 2nd half

Not difficult to believe to be fair, and won’t be the last time the team will simply have to ignore the “tactics” (hoof ball to Harry) and take matters into their own hands.

Hmm. That's a worry if any truth. Not the taking initiative part, that's great and should always happen - the fact that they feel they need to / lost faith in the manager's tactics.

Yesterday’s result was down to individual brilliance from Kane, Son and Ndombele, not the “tactical nous” of the manager, I think that much is obvious.

Not to chip in to the pro/Anti JoMo thing...

But isn't it a great to have one-the-field leaders? Players that figure out themselves how to beat teams.
The old cliche about manager losing influence once the players cross the white line.
I only saw the highlights but Sonny was lethal yesterday.
