Ole's character

Sir Alex signed Ole, worked with him on a daily basis for many years, and saw him score more than a hundred goals for United. Yet, he never trusted him with a leading role. Six Alex was, among many other things, a remarkable judge of character. He knew Ole wouldn't be able to handle a leading role, so he kept him as a sub all his career. Some people might say that it was Sir Alex himself who recommended Ole for the job. Not really. He recommended for the interim job, but the fans' massive support forced the administration to keep him. It is clear that he doesn't have what it takes to be in a leading situation, and we can see it clearly when we concede a goal: he looks dejected and defeated, and in need of encouragement himself. Ole will be sacked sooner than later, and it's the right thing to do. The position is simply too big for him. We were all blinded by our love for him; we thought he would succeed, because we wanted him to succeed. And before you tell me that he doesn't have the players to compete, let me remind you that with such players as De Gea, Pogba, Bruno, Van de Beek, Martial and Rashford, he is supposed to beat Palace comfortably. I love Ole and will always love him, but I love United more.

Go on then

Who was United's 'main' striker when Ole was a player, then.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

yorke and cole and then ruud. then rooney and saha.

We are not winning any league titles with Ole in charge. No matter how much we want him to succeed, It’s just not going to happen. Just because we finished 3rd last season, Our fans seem to think he improved us, When really he hasn’t. If someone ask what our style of play is, I literally don’t have a clue. He not proactive, everything he does is reactive, Doesn’t have a plan B in games. And he can’t seem to set up a team who can play against a team who sit deep.

Idiots. Ole got the team to third and came second behind Liverpool in the top 6 head to heads. in fact we should have beat Liverpool in the first game in which case we would have joined them in the leading the head to heads. This is a clear indication of his ability to be a good and strategic manager. Yes, I agree that some of his decisions are questionable, but which manger doesn't make mistakes? He quickly identified the issues at the club and in the dressing room, moved to resolve them and is addressing the deficiencies in the team. He knows where the weaknesses are but the transfers are not down to him. Hes has also improved Martial, Shaw, Greenwood McT and Fred in coaching. Rashford has stalled a little but he was definitely on an upward slope prior to his injury.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Has he improve Fred and Mct, Fred who played 46 league games and got a mighty 1 goal and 1 assist. Mct hasn’t improve one bit in my eyes. Shaw again has he improve, Or just hit a tidy bit of good form and yet we want to sign a Lb to replace him. Greenwood could say Is just natural improvement with age. Only one agree on is Martial.

The only thing that Ole improved was the toxic atmosphere left but the insufferable Jose.

That's more on you than Ole, i'd suggest.

The top managers like to manage, change and tweak things. They can't help it.

Ole is more laissez faire, passive, usually doesn't change things unless he really has to. This doesn't bode well for him in this era of football.

You could say Greenwood is natural improvement, but I wouldn't. I would say McT improved a lot, and so did Fred
