Southampton 8th is quite the claim

Finished 11th after they were very good second half of last season, 3rd most points after the restart

Don't think it's crazy

I think Southampton look quite poor this year. One of them teams that will probably survive because they have a goalscorer, but look in real danger if they go through a bad spell of form.

I like their manager and think they'll comfortably finish midtable and give the better teams a really tough game.

I like Hassenhuttl and, as I say, will probably end up surviving but I wouldn't put a bet on it being too comfortable unless they have a good spell somewhere. Can't make my mind up with Southampton sometimes but think there will be 3 worse teams this year than them.

Yeah, shocking isn’t it? Fancy thinking we can win it after struggling so badly last season.

Just out of curiosity, why haven’t you picked Sandy up for predicting Spurs will win it? Everyone knows that simply isn’t going to happen, so have a go at him.
