It seems a long time

since I was watching Phil Browns team at Southend , and thinking that it could not get any worse than that.
Thanks to you Mr Cocu I have been proved to be wrong.
What a complete load of garbage we have been turned into under your stewardship.
Please do the decent thing and walk away sunbeam, and at least give us what's left of the season to try to repair some of the damage you have made.

Where is this idea that Bielik is going to improve the team coming from. His contribution of last season included goals 0, assists 0, injured during the warm up. If we are relying on Bielik to kickstart our season then we may as well prepare to be playing Burton.

It’s just hope Spart not expectation. I thought he showed glimpses last season of being the right sort of player we need. As you say we can’t rely on him, he will have been out for such a long time he’s hardly likely to be up to speed for a while. I was thinking more long-term what the team might look like when everybody is fit, should that ever happen.

Some good points raised.

It feels like pre season and football without fans seems like training.

Motivation I think seems to be the problem. A similar team to this tore Stoke apart and looked to be hitting form.

I don't think we have the personnel to play anti football either and think it's the equivalent of footballing suicide if you do, it has a glass ceiling.

It's not rocket science what Cocu wants us to do. Creating space when with the ball denying it when without. Psychology does seem amiss.

Man U fans used to always moan at Rooney's fitness early on in the season. I do think Sibley and Bird need a rest though. We haven't seen Knight in central midfield yet where I think he could offer more.

I would want some answers though as an owner, about the plan and why we're not hitting those targets currently. I'm not reaching for the panic button but also not reaching for the aubergine emoji either.

Do think we'll learn more about this team from how they react to Saturday*s defeat, than from Saturday.

Fitness for me seems a huge worry. Are we over or under training?

Not training at all from I can make out. Someone should suggest it as it could be key!

Sounds like a good idea Heb.

The weekend showed that having possession is only any good if you have a striker who can put the ball in the net. We weren't the only team on the wrong end of hammering despite having most of the ball. Man City without Aguero and Wolves without Jota looked similarly toothless. Rapid transition from defence to attack is the key. That doesn't mean a long ball but the midfielders and pacey players breaking out of defence as fast as possible. Of course a decent defence is a necessity as well.

With a name like that he should have been opening the innings for Middlesex.
