This can't be true. If it is I give up.

I'd give away Jones for free at this point - just to not have to pay him. In fact - I'll pay his cab or train fare out of my own pocket.

2020 I we are still seeing Jesse Lingard in a United shirt. The lad is on 100k a week for doing feck all. Surely we could get 10m for him

Rojo - are you telling me not one single club would want him? A lot of it now is about getting these players off the wage bill even if it means losing the player for a lot less than their worth. I’d get rid of Rojo and Jones for a combined 6-8m if we can.

Dalot - will probably go on loan

Mata - has to go. Another on far higher wages than what he should be on. Time to get rid unfortunately

Romero - I like him however we don’t need 3 top keepers. Sell him for between 8-10m

Smalling - looks to be on his way out

We have to start getting rid of some of these players

How do you shift players of big wages though? This is their job, very few are gonna leave to take a big pay cut. I’m sure club know we’re desperate to get rid.

You may be able to buy some of them out of their contracts, but that would be entirely pointless when there remains the possibility of a club coming in with a loan deal.

I think Rojo is one who might possibly be released/paid off.

Otherwise, aside from Smalling, who it looks like will be sold, we’ll see more outbound loan moves, depending on whether Ed is actually capable of signing anyone this week.

How have you guys managed to get 27m euros for Pereira? That’s an Edwards type deal.

We haven’t.

Looks like a loan deal with an option to buy, which obviously won’t be taken up at EUR27M at the end of the loan period.

Ah misread it, assumed it was an obligatory option to buy as they mostly are nowadays.

Seems unlikely Lazio of all teams would exercise that.
