This should be interesting.
Personally I have no real interest in the League cup, feeling this is by far the least important behind the PL, FA Cup and Europa League. To be honest I think this should be for the Championship and down.
Therefore I have now problem with Jose playing a mixture of reserves and youth players, just hope the score is not too embarrassing.
It would also send a message to the FA regarding their apparent attitude towards fixtures. If it was not for the Virus, this would be our fourth game since last Tuesday, with another game on Thursday. Thank god that one is in London and not in the back and beyond.

Looks about right. Saving the the starters from Sunday for ropey league, with maybe Dele in for Sonny.
I'd also think about Davies playing tonight, adding a bit of seniority in the back line, and give Reguilon a debut in Ropey, which may be a game more suited to him.
I am rather incredulous that Levy has not got a second striker in by now. IF EVER we needed some back up it was now. Get one in a week or 2 and we could be out of 2 cups by then
