Interesting match-up this, I’ve always Loved Elsie’s teams and tactics, always laid out nicely with an eye for detail and I respect how he never changes his mindset, this side has his stamp all over it, packed full of pace and youthful exuberance always one eye on the future, but and he knows this already whilst he wins many tactical battles he loses out in the slots vs the “here and now teams" which takes us nicely onto Rof’s City side, Rof himself is a very good tactician add in the quality of that XI, the only one I’m unsure of is Tiramisu at right back.

An intriguing battle this one, 2 stellar sides going head to head, both have incredibly balanced sides with blisteringly pacey wide-attackers, both sides intent on dictating the play and tempo, my only real concern is that this turns out to be one of those El Classico games where I really wanna see it but it doesn’t ignite, can see both sides equalling each other out such is the similarity in personnel and line up.
I don’t have much more to add, but will see what the fruity does and grab me hard hat.

Ludy lines up with a who’s who of world footy, but surely Bobby Carlos is too old now? I like the side I like the balance, midfield could do with some legs in there but I do genuinely like the set-up…. Ings stands out like a sore thumb, not that he’s not good enough more so he’s just too English tactics as always read well and you get your game plan across clearly enough.

Tab I like the line-up, very much a work in progress but I really like the spine of that side, the front 4 is quality and you have a fair few match winners in there, Sandro is one the best LB’s in the world, a really good unit, tactics do their job can see what you’re expecting your side to do.

I like this match-up 2 top sides and 2 top tactians, very well matched IMO. It comes down to (as with all games I guess) who’s attack can unlock the defence the best and with that Spurs line-up they ooze creativity KDB/Hazard/Greasemonkey will cause head-aches and Icardi will finish.
Pompey’s side isn’t bad its not bad at all I just feel it’s lacking the game changer through the middle to unlock the spurs defence often enough for Morata to put them away.

Interesting game this, I like lubo’s side his tactics sent me dizzy they’re so busy, I like the concept of the fluidity of the front-three switching their roles between themselves, I think your defence works and would probably hold out against their front line, my only real worry is you lack a real focal point or out ball whilst being so fluid, you ca say spain managed without one and they did, but I think today your midfield gets over-run, Phillips (IMO) doesn’t look like he can play that role all by himself, ive not seen much of him certainly compared to you, but he’s done today and that’s where you needed a physical presence in that front line to give the side a breather and hold it up. Other than that I liked what I saw.

Nadz,

I want us to hold a deep defensive line to start of with so the oppo don't get an early goal. I like the concept but your fullbacks aren’t that kinda player, I love doc and it hurt when we sold him but being super defensive and disciplined to stay back isn’t his game, he’s quality bombing on.
I really like your midfield 3 and for me they carry this game in your favour, front 3 is pretty good too and as always your tactics are well thought out.

MOTD’s last game of the weekend and Welshy makes his team like something from TNA some hall of famers in there and a few up and comers to compliment. Jet’s Arsenal side has a pretty frightening attack but not as much bite as Sheffield United’s.
The two formations cancel each other out, so it comes down to individual battles. Both sets of tactics are well written, but for me Arsenal just have the edge in terms of personnel…

<redcard> could be the king maker. It goes to…………….. James.
