If you ever listen to his interviews, after a bad result he'll always make an excuse (last season it was the transfer ban, this season it's players not being available or needing time to "gel", whatever that means) and then he'll immediately afterwards say "But I don't want to make excuses". If you don't want to make excuses, then don't make excuses. Making an excuse and then immediately afterwards saying you don't want to make excuses doesn't negate the fact that you've just made an excuse. Either man up and don't make excuses or acknowledge the fact that you're trying to make excuses. You can't have it both ways and act as if you're someone who's too proud to make excuses but still make excuses.
He just strikes me as trying to come off as a manager who's in control, ambitious and has a winning mentality, but he's faking it and isn't able to actually be that way, hence why he'll always make excuses when Chelsea don't get a good result.

total gobsheit he has had his total troup available for two games now, so he is right in that aspect. he gota good point at a tricky ground against a team that was flying at the end of last season weve had defensive issues to solve so a good decision not to get smacked like last season.
As for excuses hes been trained under Mourinho so is bound to have adopted some of his managing style, hene the 0-0 boredraw and following explainations.
