I thought he was a good player, it just didn’t work out that well for him with us .... it didn’t for many mind.

Very sad news, such a young age and from any account you hear of a thoroughly nice man.
Was apparently relentlessly knocked by Hearts fans, kept working hard and eventually captained them to one of their greatest triumphs.
Motor Neurone family of diseases strikes again amongst sporting community, wicked disease.
