Chelsea V Tottenham Match Build Up

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55032761

16:30 Stanford Bridge (Sky Spots Main Event:PL)

There’s no denying this is a massive game for many reasons, a bitter rivalry, the Jose/Lampard connection, Jose’s connection to both clubs, a chance for us to go two points clear at the top, a chance for them to go top (I think) plus this is Roman Abramovich’s 1000th game as owner of Chelsea.

Could be a classic!

Toughest test of the season so far...... but I said that about City last week

We go again

COYS!!
----------------------------------------------------------------------

City and United away were harder games in my opinion Mighty. I am pretty confident of Spurs winning this one, or at least not losing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sandy - City was at home (not that it counts for much these days) and in fairness haven't (until yesterday) been firing on all cylinders. United - well before KO maybe?

Chelsea are in good form - won 6/6 in all comps and have a full squad to choose from.
However our form ain't too shabby either - won 7/8 in all comps and only 2 defeats all season!!

Its going to be a close game which could go either way!!

Not denying Chelsea are not in form mate, but you have to look at the sides they have beaten. They have played and not beaten any of the supposedly better sides this season.

I may be wrong, but I think Spurs will expose them this afternoon.

They certainly don't have the players like Drogba, Hazard and Willian now that caused us so much trouble in the past.

Big one this.
Not sure Jose will make loads of changes as will go with same as against City other than Rodon for Toby

Waiting for Mighty’s predo article (that I keep forgetting to post on)

I’m thinking 1-1

Head says one each and heart says one nil to Chelsea.

Enjoy your day lads.

Lots of people predicting a 1-1 draw, that's my prediction too as it happens.

relaxed about the game today, of course not totally its a massive game but will not be going mental should we lose unless its a thrashing and shocking display of course...

we will be in a good position still whatever happens this weekend and Chelsea are strong and in good form themselves. Next weekend however...anything but a win inexcusable
