Last 40 games

Manchester United

27 wins
7 draws
6 losses

Liverpool

23 wins
7 draws
10 losses

Man City

27 wins
4 draws
9 losses

Obviously a meaningless stat on its own and there is factors such as we were in Europa for some of that and they were in CL but it does suggest progress has been made by us.

Like someone very rightly once said " The table doesn't lie"
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why do you Spurs fans do this to yourselves time and time again? It’s not even November.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

What has being top on November got to do with being gloomy? Liverpool were top last November, and won their first Prem. Why cannot Spurs do the same?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Of course you can sandy.

But coming on here to mock Ole when it's so early in the season and last year he guided our team to finish above yours is a bit silly, don't you think?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I remembered Spurs being in a 2 horse race with Leicester for the title, and finishing third.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

At least we were in a title race...The only reason we ended up third is because the title became obviously out of reach and the moral went down and the final places didn't matter as long as we ended the season in the top 4.

But yeah, lets put it down as 2 horse race and third place because it suits your narrative, where was your team that year?

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Let it all out... it'll be OK

The funniest thing is we’ve seen this umpteen times before: the Spurs board in meltdown in April, all wailing about the players being bottlers and asking each other why “people” get their hopes up when the inevitable capitulation comes.

Then come the next October, with a few wins under their belts, they’re all giving it the Billy Big Bollox again

Pre-Colombian civilisations would have eschewed the heavens to instead determine their sewing and reaping calendar by the collective mood of the Spurs JA606 board if it’d have been around back then.

If we start winning home games regularly and keep our great away run going then we should be winning the league.

That Fernandes goal was like a work of art. I honestly think Ronaldo probably would like to join us as he must be thinking we got the potential to win the big trophies.

I shot. I scored. VAR checked it and said there was no clear and obvious error, then they too laughed at Spurs.
