Among all the awfulness that came out of today from that second half in particular, I must say I'm absolutely sick of Kane taking free kicks when he is next to useless at them. I mean Dier and Bale have taken free kicks in the last 2 games that have been better than any free kick Kane has taken in all his time at Spurs and England. That's how bad it is!
Clearly not the biggest problem today but still pissses me off!

Shouldn’t take them.
Dier attempt was a good effort.

Who knows. You would think between he and the other players they can see it simply is going to waste when Kane takes it. Kane too needs to have a word with himself if he thinks he deserves to be taking them.
It doesn't look like we work on our free kicks to be honest, as shown by the one in the first half that went nowhere from Son. It seems to be a case of just go with whatever at the time we get one.

Lo celso should take ones further out, cross it in to a dangerous area.
Dier should take ones from the scorable range, maybe gio if favours a lefty.

Dier has such a pure free kick technique. Knuckleball free kick takers usually aren’t very good
