At 250 for 3;India were cruising to a win. Since 272 for 5 they are playing for a draw, scoring at 1 run an over. They should have treated it like a Twenty20 match and gone for it. They get enough practise at that in the IPL. Sad.

All through this series I've been rooting for India because I lived there amid their passion for cricket.
Now I hope they get bowled out. It was too soon to start a rearguard action when they still had a great chance of winning.

It makes me wonder if the match-rigging scandal in Indian cricket has not gone away and the illegal bookies are paying them for a draw.
