Same illness that unfortunately killed David Rocastle I believe?

Lets hope he beats it.

Doesn't this put our FA Cup woes into perspective?

Lot of time for Sol, wasn't with us for long but liked him as a player. Get well soon.

So sorry to hear this. As has been said, it puts our cup defeat into perspective. I hope he makes a full recovery.

He was a top bloke and spoke really well. Was a good player too.

Good luck to Sol and best wishes to his family. X

Horrible news - Bamba is a player I remember fondly, despite the odd boo-boo.
Fingers crossed for him!

Awful news.

There are some players that are thought well of at all the clubs they are at, even if the time wasn't that successful. Bamba is one of them. Good luck, Sol

Its this....it doesn't matter how much money or fortune you've had in life....you dont want to die.

Was Sol a great player for us?

It doesn't matter.

It doesn't matter even if if played for us,

It doesn't matter even iff he was wa one of our heated enemies.

All of us would really wish him and his family well at this time and we were actually lucky enough to have Sol as part of our football family.

All I can do is wish Sol and his family well....
