No idea for manager. Frankly when the whole success of the biz is tied to the success of the first team I’d be canvassing all the staff and players from Rodgers era in a bid to find out what he did that got them going and aim to replicate that.

If it is pistol asking and it means spending money that won’t go into his bonus then we can forget it. I would love to find out wtf has gone wrong. See if it something as stupid as the players taking the huff cos the premium toiletries were downgraded again after BR left then the whole lot of them can be cleared out starting with pistol.

Jose was brilliant at Chelsea years back, as he took heat off players being less bright than us gathered intellects, and so media focused on him.
