A team playing how we did today has no business winning the premier league.
Players didnt know where to pass or have the intelligence to see options.
We played at walking/jogging pace and miscontrolled the ball or turned back when in promising/advanced positions.
Pressing was poor or non existent and at times we just gave them the ball under no pressure.
The central defenders, Alisson and Thiago were excellent.

Lot of rubbish being written tonight , we just need some time and a bit of luck in front of goal. Watch that game back we had lots of chances couldn’t convert them that’s all

You are describing my stools precisely. I must improve my diet.
Teams have worked us out, as expected. Crosses from Trent and Robbo or turns from Salah and Mane. Easy to defend.
BTW, Pep is smiling like a lottery winner on telly ATM.

After Shaq got tired from 30 mins if was all left to Thiago because Wij is the pass the buck type of player. This is where we missed Hendo in midfield. The team lacked drive.

Its not the attackers fault. Teams are parking bus and we dont have hendo and fab in midfield. Hendo does a lot of pressing in there.

Liverpool played today to protect their centre backs.
That will naturally affect their form up front.
You guys desperately need a CB or you'll be in a top 4 battle nevermind a title challenge.

Seems odd that we are struggling for goals the light bulb idea is to sell your top scorer this season and the previous two seasons
