Was listening to SSB last night, and there was a Celtic fan on, basically defending Lennon and saying it's no all his fault.
He harked back to when Scott Allan was signed and basically said that was done over the managers head, he said thats a trend that has somewhat continued for some time, so how can Lennon cop the whack for this failure of a season when most of the big decisions made this season's were not made by him, they were made above him
Down the years we've also heard people say that Deila was brought in as Lawwell's puppet and the reason why Lennon was brought back in after Rodgers was because he was also a yes man etc...
Got me thinking
Do you think it's possible, that the reason why Lennon has remained in post so long, is because Lawwell and the "real" decision makers at the club, are feart that if they do sack Lennon, he's gonna spill the beans?
I mean, we all know that when Lennon has a gripe, he's not slow in making his feelings known, he isn't afraid to do it publicly, and he's certainly passionate about. I also remember the Bobo Balde debacle, when the big yin point blank refuse to sign a confidentiality agreement during his severance from the club etc..
So was just thinking, is there an element where Lawwell and his cronies are worried in case Lennon throws them under the bus if they decide he has to take the fall for this abysmal season?
Who knows?

We are all well, sometimes feel a bit guilty at the lack of difference in our lives due to lockdown, and yeah zoom funerals are a weird way to exist , but it is what it is.
Still not much snow here, by normal standards, but cold enough. You guys have been getting some decent dumps from what I 've seen

Secondary to that, stevie took as much pelters off people on this site as anyone (mainly us BTW) so fair play to him in continuing on here.

As I've said guys on here have lost folk they knew & had relationships
with. And some as we saw are still dealing with difficult circumstances
