Taki

Once again proved today why we should have really kept him to help out till the end of the season. I understand why the club make these transfer decisions, but sometimes I’d rather forget about the money and have the backup in case.

The same happened with Lovren in the summer. We sold him which obviously got us more money, than keeping him for another season and selling at the end of this season. However, he would have made a massive difference this season if we kept him.

Alternatives like Origi and Williams just aren’t worth the risk when injuries are bound to happen

He wouldn’t have been given any minutes. Him going out, playing games and scoring goals will do his confidence the world of good which is only a good thing for us

It was a very good goal, but apart from that he was shocking. Barely completed a pass, lost possession everytime he had it (which wasn't very often).
Obviously Liverpool don't play like Saints did today, but can't see how he would get game time playing like he did today.

Minamino made the choice according to Klopp, as he wanted games. It's not easy to sit on the bench every week with an established front three in front of you. Getting games will be good for him.

Best piece of business for all. Taki gets games to prove himself and we get a more confident ayer back
