On Saturday Wolves travel to Newcastle to take on Steve Bruce’s Magpies.

The hosts come into the game on the back of 3-1 loss to Manchester United at Old Trafford. That defeat was their 14th league defeat of the season and means that they have won only 2 games in all competitions since December 12th.
The Magpies currently sit in 17th place in the table just 3 points clear of the relegation places.

Newcastle are without striker Callum Wilson, Fabian Schar and Javaier Manquillo due to injuries. Joelinten must also be a doubt having picked up an injury in the game against United

After a poor run of results with equally poor performances, Wolves are having a bit of a revival. With draws against Chelsea and Leicester and wins against Arsenal, Southampton and Leeds, they have taken 11 points from their last 6 games.
Wolves currently sit in 11th place in the table with 33 points. However a win or a draw for Leeds in their game with Southampton on Tuesday, would see them leapfrog Wolves to take 11th place.

Wolves will still be without star striker Raul Jimenez but centre back Willy Boly and forward Daniel Podence are close to a return and may possibly be available.
