Typical PENited can't win without a pen from PENandes but keeps that guy who scored an important goal once in the job for longer he will relegate PENited

Just thought I'd get there before the usual suspects. Great win yesterday, let's keep it up. This does not slip now.

Re Henderson, it wasn’t a one off. He did this countless times for Sheffield Utd.

I know everyone says there’s more pressure on you being the United keeper but he’s got the right mentality. I have no doubts whatsoever he’s good enough

Henderson needs a run of games now, he’s done more than enough to earn it.

Lindelof takes a lot of stick but rarely lets us down against the better sides.

I like Bailly and see him as a better natural partner to Maguire (or Lindelof for that matter) but I'd say he doesn't make significantly fewer fatal errors than Lindelof. Lindelof's lapses tend to get jumped on by the fans far more because they feed into wider doubts about him.

Yeah I think Lindelöf's issues are less to do with lapses than having physicality to be a top defender in the PL. That said Bailly does also have the pace to make up for some of his errors where as Lindelöf does not.

True. How we could have been here today, analyzing Lindelof errors and ole outs.
As good as the defence was yesterday, alot of it was riding on Sterling and Jesus been profligate

Don't know how many times i have had to point this out but the fundamental flaw at the heart of United's defence (and therefore title aspirations) is the total inadequate in goal. Any defence will have to include player's that are prepared to over-consider protecting the keeper's area of responsibility.

Granted neither lindelof nor bailly are really top flight defenders but Maguire certainly is. Only the bog-standard haters and ignorami continue down that ridiculous avenue.
