RIP Claude (AFTV)

Rivalries aside may Claude from AFTV Rest In Peace after it was announced today he has passed away.

Always loved watching his interviews and his debates with Ty.

A great football fan who followed Arsenal up and down the country for years.

AFTV can always redeem itself and i feel it has recently started to with less OTT reactions.

Troopz being a big factor of that. I don't know if anyone has seen his American stuff but he has clearly been told by his bosses to overreact every time arsenal do one bad thing

He used to He bad but he's far worse now. He will go on a ten minute rant now if a player misses a pass

Troopz insulted a lady with her own Spurs channel.Mel from Seballos TV . He then went on her channel and made an apology

Troopz is alright tbf. He’s loud snd yappy but seems decent enough

As I said before the only one I genuinely don’t like is DT. All the others seem fine

Lee seems like the most decent and knowledgeable.

As for Claude. It seemed like Football was his life, and without it, struggled to cope

rip

I remember either tweeting Robbie (with some helpful advice about mental health) when he did an interview with Claude on mental health about 5 years ago. Did not get a reply. Never bothered with AFTV since. Very sad that Claude has taken his own life. Felt he had been hung out to dry a bit by his so called AFTV colleagues. RIP Claude

AFTV may have started with good intentions but it's a grift at the expense of the club and it's fans now

AFTV is much better than it used to be, if they found a gap in the market and are giving people what they want then what's the problem?

It takes a lot of time and money to do what they do, so if they earn money, good on them. but who wouldn't love a job where you watch football and comment on your favourite team? kudos to them.
They regularly use their platform to raise money for good causes too.

It looks like he died of a heart attack not suicide

It would be a nice gesture from the club if there was a minutes silence in his honour before the Liverpool game

A minute silence for someone who brought shame on the club?
