The perfect hat-trick...

Some say the perfect hat-trick is a goal with the right peg, one with the left peg and one with the head.

There is a new definition of this:

Misconduct charges, Richard Keogh's wrongful dismissal, and Erik Alonso's TikTok house.

Perfect.

As for the Derby.....

The Keogh thing always stunk! How you sack the one who wasn’t driving and give a second chance to the driver is just ridiculous!

FFP has been coming for years and they need to accept the punishment and get on with next year

If they have any sense drop this potential owner and get someone in who just wants to run a solid football club

This is all a nice distraction from the total mess we are in, long may it continue 🤣

had we applied the punishment evenly to Lawrence, Keogh and Bennett I think the ruling would have favored us, or the fine would have been significantly less.

Because we only applied it to the innocent party, as bad as a captain as he was, we ended up on the wrong end of this.

It was obvious to see.

Keogh is an awful player, who held the club back, but didn't deserve to be dismissed over this. The other 2 did.

I don't remember us fluke staying up when Keogh was playing for us. I thought it was wrong to sack Keogh and not the other 2 idiots.

I suspect the sacking of Keogh was a contractual technicality ie 3 players guilty of misconduct, 2 were able to continue their duties as employees and not sacked the last unable to carry out his duties so sacked. That said I personally think it was extremely harsh and opportunistic given his service. He had his faults alright but gave his all for the club and doubt we would have been so poor if it hadn’t happened and him still playing this season. Contrast with the support Barker got for 2 years after his terrible injury albeit not sustained through a stupid act

Watching Keogh's performances for Huddersfield this season he's been shocking. Injury may have played his part, but he's looked a weak link in every game I've seen. He would turn up when he wanted to, we might not have gone down with him, but we would never have gone up either, comfort zone player, and that was before he suffered this near career ending injury.

may have played its part

Udders were 14th when Keogh (and Holmes) joined them ................

They finished 20th.

Make your own minds up.

To be fair to Keogh he did have a major injury and is getting no younger. And Holmes along with Bennett and Evans would have been quite useful recently.

If only we'd replaced these players with better ones.

He's possibly still suffering from Zamora induced tear-itis. Nasty condition, can last for years. Cut him some slack, FFS he's been through enough.
