Not been on much due to work commitments, but thought I'd do a quick note on the last two games.
Our season effectively ended at the weekend with the deserved loss to Hibs in the cup semi final. I don't really have any complaints. We weren't very good, chiefly because we're not a very good team. Too many players were ineffective and ultimately the better side went through. A missed opportunity, but such is life and we move on.
Last night was a bit better because he moved out some of the under performers from the first team and gave some of the young lads a chance, and I think the young boys were a credit to themselves. Smith, Meekison and especially Chalmers made such a massive difference to us and I hope it's a lesson for the manager (assuming he's with us next season) that he needs to put more faith in the younger players. It probably tells a story that our performance dropped and we became far more slack in our play when the senior players came off the bench.
I'm really hoping Chalmers especially cements his place in the first team. He's such a positive player and we've not had any of them for most of the season.
Anyway, hopefully the next game at Tannadice is one that will have the fans in attendance. I think we need them back.

My guess is no more than 5,000 for large grounds and 2,000 for the rest.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. Hopefully the numbers go up quickly as it becomes apparent that sitting outside is fine.

We already know that sitting outside is fine. We can do it in groups of 6 sat right beside each other for hours on end and have a few beers and hug.

Depends if we are playing County or Lafferty. It will be a high scoring encounter if we are playing Lafferty as he is quite a high scoring team, but he neglects to defend. I don't know anything about County.

Lafferty is a red card waiting to happen. Wouldn't be surprised if he implodes during any play off match. By all accounts he should have seen red last night.

I feel for Lafferty. He doesn't seem right in the head. I think it may be down to that headbutt he received against Aberdeen many years ago. Seems to have given him brain damage. Poor lad.
