It's a little bit beyond comprehension that you think Elvis means that Ole actually wrote out the contracts, and got them to sign.
But if you think they were appointed without Ole being involved, and he was just presented with them makes no sense. We fans don't know the ins and outs of this, but all the coaches are part of Ole's ream, so I'm sure he has input at some level.
