Are the current Prem League Leaders

actually playing today, as I have not seen or heard a word about them on TV or in the media. Can anybody confirm that Spurs actually have a match kicking off in just under five hours time, because all I am getting on the Sports news is about a 36 year old footballer, and a 17 year old Tennis Player that nobody had heard of this time last week.

Current best team in the country, not getting a mention. Oh I forgot it must be Spurs.

Anyway, assuming Spurs are actually playing today, they have a chance to stretch the lead at the top to five points before this afternoon`s kick-offs. A nice cushion at the top for a team that were completely written off pre season.

Not sure who will be playing, but Spurs should have more than enough to win at Palace, a ground they have had plenty of success at over the past 30 years, and with only two losses at Selhurst in 30 years, would not be expecting anything other than a Spurs win today. That is not to disrespect Palace, just think Spurs are currently a much better outfit.

I will go 2-0 today and that will make it four wins out of four, and the best start to a season for 60 years for Spurs.

On another subject re Spurs missing three players through having to self isolate because they went to play for their country midweek, whilst the clubs that refused to send their players all have them available for the weekend matches. Surely that should be a lesson for Spurs to refuse any of their South American players being released at the next International break, if there is not going to be any punishment. Look and learn Spurs. Don`t be the mug club that allows players to travel to South America and then miss games thereafter, whilst clubs that don`t allow their players to travel, get a full squad available for the weekend.

Have a good weekend fellas.

The reason you have been written off, if you have, because I doubt anybody even bothered to do that, is due to the fact Spurs stand absolutely no chance of winning the league.

Media doing Spurs a solid. You're just inviting the small club jabs if anyone connected to Spurs in the press actually bigged up your title ambitions from being 1st in September

Neither do Liverpool going by the past 30 years. One freak season in 30 is not going to elevate Liverpool to the Number One spot, even last season your team barely made top four. I reckon top six best for your lot this season.

Neither do Varpool (well, not fairly at least), but you won`t see the media dismissing their darlings, in fact you will see the exact opposite

Still finished above Chelsea and obviously spurs, after being decimated by injuries.🤣
Anyway, back to the subject at hand.
A good season for Spurs would probably see them finishing somewhere between 25/30 points off top spot I imagine.
I would guess its more likely to be within the 30/35 point range if we are being slightly more realistic. 🙂
