Shame there's no Hell Let Loose on PS4

FINALLY managed to land a PS5, only took about 3 weeks of intense refreshing and umping straight onto updates of stock getting in... eventually got one.

Getting delivered before the end of the month.

I just kinda wanted it for new battlefield coming out, as things stand we wont see anywhere near the potential of the ps5 until they stop developing the same games to go on both next gen and current gen

I used to think like that - but seriously just playing Days Gone on the PS5 feels like a completely different game. Game design is it a pretty good space at the moment and in all honestly, you wont see much difference in games specifically designed for PS5. So I would argue we are already seeing the benefits of thr PS5 and thats from a BF2042 that looks gorgeous on a PS5 to one that barely plays and has less players on the PS4.

Also get Hell let loose asap, bit slower than BF2042 but an enjoyable little MP game, that looks amazing on the PS5.

I was also one of the guys who said "Nah me old normal HDTV is fine" to, Crikey I need to get a new Oled ASAP for Dune as how can I watch it on such a terrible TV that is bottlenecking the gorgeous white monstrosity under the TV!

Wouldnt totally agree with all of that was said Simon. Games will be held back until they stop making them compatible for PS4. One of the reason I wantd it for BF2042 was cos its one of the games that will differ from PS4 to PS5.

Also the other reason was that as more games come out that are for both the more it kills your PS4. The sound of the PS4 trying to run these games is not healthy at all, also you can see noticeable performace drops in the PS4 games more and more. Frame rates are dropping and you will see a lot more crashes.

I havent played Hell let loose yet, but I do know all about it. Very much like a WW2 version of Squads amd I will 100% sink some hours into it.

The other really I really wanted one was cos the disk drive died on my PS4 and I had recently just bought Ghost of Tsushima (finally!) and was just getting right into it. I knew i was gonna get a PS5 preferably before xmas. So this just pushed me a little more.
