Get Ready

For a Christmas lockdown people, its coming, i fully expect Boris to make the announcement around the 2nd week of December and also finish his story about Pepa Pig world.

We have over 50k cases today, plus the new strain weve no doubt already got over here.

from a football point of view, if WHL were to close that is a real problem for our hugely necessary January spending spree. we need to buy 20 players. Getting 3 or 4 in January would be a good start. followed by about 10 in summer, if possible.

Covid is here to stay unfortunately, the only way the government put us under any more restrictions is if hospital admissions for Covid start to get out of control. Fortunately at the moment it seems as though hospital admissions have plateaued at a manageable level.

Get your jabs, get your booster jabs, that is the only way to stay on the right road.

Anybody refusing a jab is either stupid or deluded, and should be taken out and immediately shot.

There won’t be any lockdown. Majority of cases are in schools - half my kids school have got it including my own kids but not many of the parents. Probably the same every where else - kids are unvaccinated, symptomless super spreaders. It’s hospital admissions and deaths that are key and most of the vulnerable folk in the country are double jabbed and haunt boosters. Also, lockdowns are bad for the economy. As such, the most we’ll see will be tighter social measures ie bak to compulsory mask wearing, work from home etc.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I genuinely believe mask wearing does absolutely nothing, wear one if it makes you feel comfortable by all means but I believe it's a complete waste of time.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why on earth do you think that?
It is true that most things that pass for masks are not really effective protection for the wearer, but may stop the wearer's breath from reaching others. That's just simple physics.
But if you really want protection for yourself as well as others, then wear a NIOSH N95 mask. And make sure its on the NIOSH registry and not a fake.
(FYI; NIOSH = National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, USA government agency).

Wear a mask, get your jabs and don’t be a unt.

All 3 work.

The news conference at 5 is concerning. I think there is a real scientific fear regarding the variant.
