Jury's out for me. Cant complain about results vs Everton, Leeds, Brentford & Norwich but I don't think we were especially good in any of those games.
Conte is everything I expected & I'm delighted we have him but here's the BUT !!!
The squad is so badly constructed we don't have the players to play his preferred formation
3-4-3..... Isn't really working and wont against anyone half decent. From the past 2 home games against poor opposition we look more like the away side and have zero control in MF. You simply don't need Skipp ,PEH and 3 CBs. They both lack quality on the ball and as a result play far too deep leaving Kane, Son & Moura isolated.... Everything we do is on the break.... Decent sides will figure us out.. we are far too easy to play against (Look at the chances Norwich created, Better teams will do more with the ball if we continue to give up so much possession. Add to the Mix, there is no way in the world Royal is a WB... He's crap going forward. as someone suggested this week, I like the way he defends.... I'd prefer him as a right sided CB in a 3 (Reminds me.
Still think this whole season revolves around what we do in Jan
CB, Right WB, Creative CM/10 and a CF are a must...... If Winks, Dele, Doherty, NDombele, GLC and Sanchez all have to go to pay for it..... so be it
As for the upcoming Christmas fixtures.. I suspect a few who have got a bit carried away are in for a rude awakening.... add this covid outbreak to the mix and I fear there's a Christmas reality check coming our way

What we’ve had is a look at what Conte can do with a very poor squad, which gives me hope that if we actually back him then we really are on to a winner.
He has already improved individuals and the team whilst picking up results without Kane scoring for him.
If Levy doesn’t back him then Levy has to go, it is as simple as that

Not convinced he's made players better (Seems a stretch to suggest that). Skipp has played well against poor quality opposition, while Dier is better as a CB in 3 than a 2 & Davies has always been a better left sided CB than a LB

I agree with most of what you say but I don't think we will get much done in January window. Maybe one or at most two players.
We have not been amazing and beaten what we should. There is however a small improvement in the players desire if nothing else. With time we should see a Conte team.

By January 1st we will know more. We have a tough xmas period.
We need some movement of players in Jan.
Who would even take Dele Ali? Everton? Watford, Palace? Newcastle?
