What is the point of playing this fixture ?
What is that 1 win in 33 years or something? Maybe longer. This has to be the most pathetic head to head match up in the whole of English professional football? It must be, I don’t think I am even exaggerating.
What was conte up to today? How much evidence does he need that tanganga cannot play first team football for spurs. He is making big errors every single game. Going with a new shape with a lot of players playing in new positions and new combinations was always gonna fail.
Having got in level, the changes should have been made at HT. This was obvious, but even then it was imperative to stay solid for first ten of second half. But no. Bang bang 2-0 individual errors as sure as day follows night.
That’s 4 defeats and 0 goals scored v Chelsea between august and January. That is pathetic, but not unexpected.
Dust ourselves off and move on. still got great chance of top 4. Somehow.

Chelsea definitely up their game every time they play Spurs, no two ways about that. But that line up from Conte was pathetic.
At least play your best players if available. Emerson, Regulion Moura and Skipp should all have started.
