Vieira was very restrained. If a guy did this to him in the street he'd have been visiting the hospital and rightly so. This is self defence. For all he knew he was about to be attacked.

If they can't ensure the safety of the players and staff at football matches then how can they had out punishments to them because of the consequences of that?
