Monkeypox

How worried should we be? My go-to online doctor guy has suggested that the smallpox vaccine also gave you an 85% reduction in the risk of contracting monkeypox but as less and less people in the population have had that vaccine the level of protection is low. There’s even talk the smallpox jab might make a comeback if this thing explodes.

Everyone in the medical field is stressing it’s not anywhere near as spreadable as Covid so are urging people not to panic but there does seem to be something a bit scary about this. What say y’all?

I’ve had weekends away last longer than his death. Anyway I’ve got enough I worry about without poxy monkeys causing trouble.
