I can see it being a frustrating summer, Boehly will want to build everything behind the scenes before spending huge money on players - does he trust the scouts, the manager, the coaches.

Add in this is his first taste of football - I think it was always going to be a slow summer

That's all well and good but we NEED centre backs. As it stands our first choice back 3 is Thiago Silva, Trevoh Chalobah and Malang Sarr. That's midtable level if that. We also need better back up wingbacks so that our season doesn't get destroyed again if Ben Chilwell gets injured. We're furrrked for the next season unless we sign players. Tottenham and Arsenal will get top 4 and then it will be even harder to catch Liverpool and City because we'll have to catch Tottenham and Arsenal first!

It'll happen one day. Probably part time (cutting it with a national team job) & probably not for about 10 years, but it will happen.
